Information about our Fall Drive

As we enter into a season of thanksgiving, hopefully we are reminded of how blessed we are to have as much as we do. There are many people in the world who are not as fortunate, so we are at it again with our fall drive! For the month of November we will be collecting stuff for the homelessAll items will be given to the Nashville Rescue Mission. Did you know that the mission helps anywhere from 500-800 people a day? As the cooler temperatures approach, the number of homeless people they see, increase. The mission isn't just a place for these people to get fed and to have a warm place to stay for the night, but it's also a place where they can get clean clothing and toiletry items too. With that said, we will be collecting a broad range of itemsSome of those items are as follows:

New (or gently used) coats or clothing
New (or gently used) shoes
Toiletries (tooth brushes, toothpaste, deodorant, soap/body wash, etc.)
New packages of socks & underwear
New (or gently used) blankets

Our drive will begin November 1st and go until the 30th! If you have any questions regarding what you'd like to donate, feel free to ask Aleah. For more information about the Nashville Rescue Mission, visit https://www.nashvillerescuemission.org/.

Pies

We reached our goal and kept our promise.  Thanks to all of our patients for helping us to #FillTheWell.

We have nominated Spring Hill Smiles along with Spring Hill Eye Care to continue with the food collections at their businesses to keep The Well stocked for those in our community needing help with putting food on the table.

Fill the Well

We did it!!

Our patients did not disappoint - we collected 227 pounds of food for The Well.  The votes were counted and  the office staff received Pies To The Face.

In Motion Spine & Joint Center nominated Spring Hill Eyecare along with Spring Hill Smiles to continue stocking the shelves at The Well by having a food drive with their patients.  Our ultimate goal is to have a different business each month collecting donations for those that turn to The Well throughout the year in order to help put food on the table.

Tis the season for giving!

This Christmas we have chosen to help support the beautiful residents in Spring Hill living at the Willow Springs Retirement Community, specifically in their Alzheimer's unit (the Arbors at Willow Springs). Many of these residents do not have family in the area and are often forgotten about this time of year. We want to change that!

Starting Monday, December 5th, we will be collecting items that we hope will bring these sweet people a little bit of comfort during this holiday season. Some suggestions on what to donate would be fuzzy socks,  scarves, blankets, lotions, deodorants, shower gels, and snacks (some being sugar-free).  Specifically, there are 20 women and 10 men in this unit. Our collection will go through, Wednesday, December 21st. As always, we thank you for your continued generosity and support!

New Office Location

Within the next several weeks, In Motion Spine and Joint Center will have a new home.  Only 1.5 miles from our current location on Main Street in Spring Hill you will find an old familiar home with now new beginnings.  Over the past several months we have been converting this old home into a stunning new office space and we look forward to providing the same level of care at 5242 Main Street. Below is timeline of the front hall of the house as we have gone through the renovation.  As with any construction process and involvement with municipalities, the exact move date is not in concrete, however, we will be giving plenty of notice via our newsletter, Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as signs in the office.  Please be sure that we have your current contact info or click the links above and like our social media accounts to be up-to-date on the exciting changes taking place! Thanks to all that have been involved and helping along the way!
